  • Handles inquiries from people outside of the HOA.
Vice President Deepa Maruvada

  • Works with the ACC Committee to ensure actions align with HOA policy.
  • Serves in special assignments/projects for the Board of Directors.
  • Serves as backup for the President.
Secretary Adam Robinson

  • Records minutes of HOA meetings (2 per year).
  • Records/publishes minutes of Board of Directors meetings (2 - 4 per year).
  • Skills required: computer word processing.
Treasurer Adam Robinson

  • Works with a bookkeeper who files government paperwork and reconciles bank accounts in Quickbooks.
  • Reviews HOA transactions in an online bank account and from reports from the bookkeeper.
  • Approves one-time HOA bills for payment and pass them on to the bookkeeper. Recurring payments are auto-pay.
  • Deposits annual HOA assessment checks but bookkeeper will generate and mail invoices.
  • Communicates new homeowners to bookkeeper.
  • Picks up mail from Redmond post office weekly.
Landscaping Chair Patrick O'Bryon

  • Duties include general awareness of Tuscany landscape condition and monitoring work of the contracted Tuscany landscape company.
  • Attends HOA meetings (2 per year) and Board of Directors meetings (2 - 4 per year).
  • Skills required: communications with landscape company, awareness of changes in the state of the Tuscany landscape
  • A sense of aesthetics would be good.
Trees and Trail Chair Terri Norris

  • Duties include monitoring and maintenance of the Tuscany green space trees and trails and coordinating maintenance with landscape company and tree company.
  • Attends HOA meetings (2 per year) and Board of Directors meetings (2 - 4 per year).
  • Skills required: communications with tree and landscape company, awareness of changes in the state of the Tuscany trees and trails
Technology Chair (Contact) Karen O’Bryon
