Any changes to the exterior of your house or property (e.g. painting, roofing, siding, fencing, decks, etc) require the approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  You can fill out a Architectural Review Request Form:

Submission Options

1) Email to acc@tuscany-hoa.org

It is preferred that you fill out and then email the Word doc or scan and email the PDF doc with supporting pages (except paint samples must be surface mailed separately).
